Here's the vision: combine the post pandemic concept of "Trunk or Treat" with the traditional trick or treat experience. Let's be real - there aren't many neighborhoods on the Ridge that allow for a door to door to door experience for trick or treaters. Utilizing the event area at the Terry Ashe Center, community members may now reserve a space on the TARC grounds to erect a 10ft x 10ft(or 20 ft) Easy Up/pop up that will be decorated in true family friendly(not too scary) fashion. Please see the map below and the example of the decorated canopy to start your brainstorming and seasonal design concepts.
Each space will be entered into the competition for "Most Festive Design" - which will be voted upon by the attendees. PRPD staff will be in contact with hosts well before the event and a pre-event meeting will occur to ensure the best possible experience for both attendees and booth builders.
