Camp Courage 24
Camp Courage is a five day adventure camp designed to introduce children and young people to activities that highlight the amenities on the Ridge. Developmentally appropriate activities are designed to engage participants’ sense of adventure while also providing experiential learning opportunities. This trauma and resiliency informed day camp will visit several program sites and will bring in the Outdoor Education for All network of providers to ensure that your student has the chance to create positive Summer Camp experiences that will last a lifetime.
Schedule Detail - DROP OFF SCHEDULE
Monday and Friday are programmed days at the Terry Ashe Recreation Center, students should dress in sneakers and play clothes. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, participants will rotate their drop off/pickup locations. Each site/park brings its own unique amenities: Paradise Lake offers hiking and kayaking, The Forebay offers various water activities, and Aquatic Park is ideal for water balloon fun before swimming in the pool. Scholarships are available upon demonstrated need. Participants are encouraged to be water safe, however, life vests and appropriate safety equipment will be provided for all adventure activities.
Otters – Ages 5 – 7

Wednesday – Drop off and pick up at Paradise Lake – Lucretia Road
Bears – Ages 8 - 10

Thursday – Drop off and pick up at Aquatic Park Pool
Eagles – Ages 11 - 15
Mon, Tues and Fri – Drop off and pick up at Terry Ashe Center
Wednesday – Drop off and pick up at Aquatic Park Pool
Thursday – Drop off and pick up at Paradise Lake – Lucretia Road

Lunch: Provided through PUSD Summer Lunch Program
